Today we purchased a puppy.  He is a little yellow lab.  We named him Sparky. The children are all excited to have him.

Tonight Kate played in her first game.  It was a good time.  She did very well and we all enjoyed watching. Check out the pictures.  More games to come. (No I am not writing about everyone.) At the end of the season I will post an album of pictures for all.

Vicky went on two field trips this week with the girls.  She went with Kate on Wednesday and Emma on Thursday. Mom was tired come Friday. Vicky had a good time and took some great pictures on the trip with Emma.

This weekend the girls had their dance recital’s.  They were fantastic, they hit all their moves and had a smile on their faces the whole time.  Grandma came up from Milwaukee to see them and that made their day. We were also very blessed to have Joel and Steph visit as well on Saturday.  I was sitting there during Emma’s recital and thought “Where is the time going?”.  They are so grown up already and it seems like yesterday they both were babies.  WOW what a great weekend.

Today the weather was outstanding.  So I took my plow off the ATV and took the girls out in the fields.  They went mud running.  It was a blast until Kaitlyn decided to head to grandmas house.  She took it through the low lands and BOOM she got stuck.  Then she sold Emma out and ran home. Kaitlyn said “I did not want to wait ten million hours to get out.” Emma then got stuck two more times.  Dad was not happy at first, but it was pretty funny.  They take after their father! Today wrapped up the basketball season for Emma.  The team did very well and continued to get better in every game.  The first tournament they played in they took third place.  The second tournament they played all 4th Graders and did poorly.  Today they played all the girls that were the same age and they took second place!  What a way to end the season.  We are very proud of our little girl.  She continued to show improvement.  Watch out because next year she will be better!

Well our holiday season was filled with joy, excitement and most of all love.  We were blessed by getting to spend our Christmas with our loved ones, followed up by a beautiful baptism of Baby Eli, and then a enjoyable New Year.  We are truly lucky to have so many wonderful people in our lives.  Well check out some pictures and I hope 2010 is filled with less heartaches and peace for everyone.

Well this year flew by and I can’t believe here I sit on a Saturday afternoon 6 days until Christmas.  Happy Holidays everyone.

Well it has been a while since the last post. We have gone to Eau Claire, went trick or treating, and many other things.  Most importantly we have a new little nephew.  Eli is cute and everyone is happy he is here.  Check out our pictures of the days we enjoyed together.

The little boy celebrated his Birthday and he got “a big woo woo” (Battery powered ATV) and a “Scooda”.  We celebrated with our family and had a great time.  Thank you to everyone for coming and thank you for all the wonderful presents. My little boy is getting BIG!
